Summer Camp Scholarships

Menunkatuck Audubon Society is offering three scholarships for the New Haven Parks Department's Eco Adventure Camp for 12- to 15-year olds.

Eco Adventure offers a unique, challenging and fun combination of outdoor adventure and environmental education tailored to young teenagers. Activities may include canoeing and kayaking, nature interpretation, hiking, rock climbing and ropes course, mountain biking, scuba diving, and fishing.

The camp includes an overnight camping trip and a Class III whitewater rafting trip.

First choice will be given to students attending King/Robinson Magnet School and students who live in the Newhallville section of New Haven.
